TIME:O:STAT Pre-authorised Payment for Replacement Unit

Has your installed TIME:O:STAT developed a fault and is still in warranty?

If you have tenants in the property, it may be best to 'swap out' the faulty unit with a replacement unit in a single visit. This would save time, money and potential issues with the house being without a thermostat for a few days. 

By using this pre-authorisation payment, we will send you an identical replacement unit give you 18 days to swap the units over and send back the faulty one. 

When you checkout £0.00 will be taken from your card with a  £99 pre-authorisation payment.

You will have 18 days to return your swapped out TIME:O:STAT.

Although a payment of £0 is initially taken, a £99 pre-authorisation will be held for 18 days, at which point if the factory have not received the swapped out return unit, your card will be charged.

At checkout please include the following information in the 'ORDER NOTES' text box:

ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER - e.g. 9021

ORIGINAL ORDER NAME - e.g. John Smith

ORDER MODEL - e.g. CLASSIC Mains Wired
