Your guests can easily boost the heating with a single button. This starts an ECO countdown, which heats the property until the timer runs down. Hence the heating will not be left running when guests leave the house.

Heating On Button
Very easy for tenants to turn the heating on. Button flames light up red when activated.
Status Bar
LED icons light up to show if the heating is on and if ECO boost is active.
Heating On Button
Guests can easily turn the heating on if needed, with the press of a single button. This will start an ECO countdown.
ECO Countdown
The landlord pre-sets 2 temperatures (BOOST and ECO). The heating will run at BOOST for 30 mins and then drop to ECO temperature for 90 minutes. Then turn off.
Landlord App
Remotely manage 100+ properties on a single login. Covering both ONE and CONNECT models. (The app and wifi are optional and all models will work 'out of the box')
Heating Schedule
Select a full 24hr heating schedule. Choose morning, day, evening and overnight times and temperatures.
Minimum Temperature
Night and day minimum temperatures can be set. So the house temperature will not drop below that level.
Auto-program
Heating can be programmed to come on up to twice per day at different times and temperatures.
Seasonal Mode
Reduce all heating functions and programs, during summer or student holidays, to a simple 1hr ECO Boost.
Boiler Plus Compliant
The ONE is a SMART thermostat with automation and optimisation features.
Window & Humidity
Open window detection will turn off heating if triggered. Humidity levels are monitored with App notifications if desired.

Use your smartphone or tablet to access theTIME:O:STAT Landlord app. This can help you control and monitor heating use across your portfolio.
The TIME:O:STAT Landlord app operations require a wi-fi connection. The TIME:O:STAT ONE can however be installed and operated without the need for an app or wi-fi connection. This means the TIME:O:STAT can work straight out of the box, for that familiar TIME:O:STAT 'fit and forget' simplicity. The remote functions and Landlord app features can be accessed at a later date if desired.
